Ft. Smith Volleyball Tournament

Oct. 19th to 21st.

To All Volleyball Coaches:

Once again, PWK High School will be hosting our Invitational Volleyball Tournament Oct. 19 — Oct. 21 /07.  Categories include 19+under, 15+under, 14+under and 12+Under.  Ages are as of Dec 31, 2006. 

The school is available for billeting purposes, there is no fee.  Breakfast is provided at $5 to all players, coaches, and chaperones staying in the school ($15 for the whole weekend).  This is not optional.  Other meals are available at community restaurants.  There will also be a canteen available in the school and rec center.

Games will be played in the PWK gym, the Fort Smith Recreation Complex gymnasium, and JBT Elementary gymnasium(12 and Under divisions primarily).  We will attempt to have all games completed by early Sunday afternoon for traveling teams. To achieve this, teams are expected to ARRIVE in Ft. Smith THURSDAY EVENING.

If you did not participate in Spike It, please have the Volleyball Canada registration form completed prior to arriving in Fort Smith.  Copies can be found at Volleyball NWT website under registration:

$125 per team registration (Payable to PWK High School)

$300 per room damage deposit (Payable to PWK High School)

$15 per player/coach/chaperone for breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning (This is not optional for anyone billeting at PWK)

Round Robin play with finals Sunday

Medals will be awarded

Banners will be awarded to category champions
